The Maintenance Supervisor oversees preventative maintenance and repairs. The Maintenance Supervisor promotes a proactive, efficient and service-oriented program aimed at maintaining the fleet in peak operating condition. They provide leadership and direction to a team of technicians, including direct supervision of technicians. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for replacement schedules, preventative maintenance and repair of Company assets, as well as administrative duties such as parts procurement, inventory management, asset tracking and cost control.
