Essential Job Summary:

Exciting opportunity to join a growing Business Process Optimization team as the organization is about to embark on a business transformation journey. The Process Analyst is responsible for eliciting, analyzing and documenting process needs of the various functional business areas within IWS; mapping out existing and future state processes; identifying opportunities for improvement; and working with various stakeholders including functional leaders, IT teams to implement optimized processes. The position will be hybrid with 4 weekdays in our Teaneck, NJ office.

 

Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to create end-to-end process flows using flow diagrams and workflows in Visio.
  • Oversee the evaluation, creation, publication, and maintenance of documentation for requested changes from business stakeholders.
  • Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with functional leads to implement the changes, track results, and report out progress.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure alignment on goals across teams.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledgeable  in creating process flow diagrams using Visio.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle change, multitask, and keep up with a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Sales and customer service or Transportation / Logistics Operations is a plus.

Additional Information

IWS’s base pay actually offered takes into account a range of factors including, but not limited to, internal equity, the candidate’s geographic region,  job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs.

 

Bonus: This role is not bonus eligible as part of the compensation package.

Salary Range Minimum

USD $65,000.00/Yr.

Salary Range Maximum

USD $85,000.00/Yr.
