Essential Job Summary:

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven leader to own and grow our Residential Subscription line of business. This role is responsible for driving organic customer growth across multiple markets by blending strategy with execution. You’ll work independently and cross-functionally — without a dedicated team — to pull and analyze data, identify opportunities, and collaborate across departments to drive results.

Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

  • Own the residential subscription line of business with full accountability for organic customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion.
  • Independently pull, analyze, and interpret data to uncover market trends, evaluate performance, and identify actionable growth opportunities.
  • Set program expansion targets and ensure cross-functional teams are pursuing the business development strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, route optimization, customer service, and marketing teams to coordinate initiatives and align on growth strategies.
  • Partner with marketing to design and implement targeted acquisition and retention campaigns, including digital signups, referral programs, and direct outreach.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, including rates, service offerings, and market activity; develop responsive strategies for pricing and positioning.
  • Collaborate with the residential front-line manager to ensure sales and retention tactics are clearly communicated and well-executed at the ground level.
  • Proactively identify and pursue expansion opportunities in new and adjacent communities.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, customer experience, and value proposition across all touchpoints.
  • Champion the use of technology, automation, and self-service tools to enhance the customer journey and reduce friction.
  • Hands-on performance metrics with future build-out and management of team

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required
  • 10+ years of experience in business growth, sales, marketing, or strategy — ideally in a subscription-based or field services business.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage initiatives without a dedicated team.
  • Proven experience using Excel, BI tools, and/or SQL to analyze performance, uncover insights, and make data-backed decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in launching or expanding service offerings across multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to move quickly from insight to action.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and customer experience technology is a plus.

Salary Range Minimum

USD $140,000.00/Yr.

Salary Range Maximum

USD $180,000.00/Yr.
