We are hiring a Workers' Compensation Claim Adjuster with 3+ years of experience in NJ, NY, CT, Ohio and/or PA claims. The ideal candidate should have an adjusters license or be able to obtain an adjuster license within 90 days of hire. This position involves investigating and adjusting assigned workers' compensation claims.
This role may be offered as a hybrid position depending on the candidate's location and requires a NJ, NY, CT, Ohio and or PA, adjusters license and or be able to obtain. Additionally, this role may serve as advanced training for future promotion to senior-level positions. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the quality of claim services as perceived by IWS employees and within our corporate claim standards.
Education and/or Experience
Claim Rep will possess excellent claims management skills, typically with 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent education, along with proven claims handling performance levels.
Computer Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Adjuster's license is preferred for the following states, NJ, NY, CT, Ohio, PA. If not available candidate is willing to obtain over the next 90 days of hire.
