 Starting rate $22.01/hour. Pay Increase to $26.79/hour after 1 year

Highlights:

Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

Under general supervision: 

  • Perform repairs and apply welding processes.  
  • Perform related work such as flame cutting, bending, forming, beveling, notching of metal Perform all work within Standard Repair Times (SRTs). 
  • Work from prints, drawings and verbal instructions. 
  • Perform standard layouts and set-ups of dimensions and tolerances.  
  • Utilize standard shop hand tools, measuring devices and equipment. 
  • Perform other maintenance related work as required. 
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience in welding processes such as MIG, stick, and torch welding on a variety of materials. 
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and practices necessary while operating  
  • Skill in operating tools equipment, parts and procedures utilized during the repair  
  • Lift 50 lbs
