Essential Job Summary:

Exciting opportunity to join a growing IT team and build applications as well as integrate to existing SaaS software to support the business needs. This is a hands-on position and would involve analyzing user requirements, designing, coding, testing, as well as guiding and reviewing other colleagues’ work. Proficiency in C#, .Net and SQL is essential for success in this position.

Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

  • Design, Develop & maintain business critical applications / workflows using Microsoft .net.
  • Translate business requirements into intuitive workflow designs.
  • Review team members code, architecture, and documentation to provide feedback.
  • Create system design documents and architectures.
  • Develops understanding of the current application portfolio
  • Contributes to setting development standards and procedures for source management, deployment management, environment management
  • Contributes to critical application decisions in system integrations, software selection process etc.
  • Continually enhance the usability and performance of our business applications and automation solutions.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation and create release notes for new features. - Monitor technology updates and emerging products.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent years of work experience required.
  • Minimum of (1) one to (3) three years of experience in a developer role in full stack environment.
  • Robust Experience with Object Oriented Design, C# programming, and .Net 6+
  • Must have good knowledge about SQL queries, SQL Server, and relational databases.
  • Good to have experience with Rest API development, integration knowledge and middleware integration expertise.
  • Good to have experience with Azure cloud services.
  • Good to have experience with Blazor.
  • Good to have experience with GIT, and Azure DevOps.
  • Good to have experience with Object-Relational Mapping and NHibernate.
  • Good to have experience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps.
  • Ability to handle change, multitask and keep up with a fast pace and consistently growing environment.
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
  • Should be able to work closely with the business stakeholders and work towards the solutioning of the requirements.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.

Additional Information

 

Base Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. IWS’s base pay actually offered takes into account a range of factors including, but not limited to, internal equity, the candidate’s geographic region,  job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs.

 

Bonus: not bonus eligible.

Salary Range Minimum

USD $75,000.00/Yr.
