Essential Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the Inside Sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. This position oversees day-to-day call center operations, ensures quality customer interactions, and drives customer acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies and a customer-first approach.

  • Lead, coach, and develop an Inside Sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Manage daily call center operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality service.
  • Use data and metrics to track performance and optimize sales strategies.
  • Partner with Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to provide seamless customer experiences.
  • Implement initiatives to drive customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Monitor key KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, recognition, and accountability

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales management with proven quota-carrying success.
  • 3+ years of call center management experience, ideally within waste or environmental services.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and customer retention.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to act on performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with focus on building long-term relationships.

Salary Range Minimum

USD $115,000.00/Yr.

Salary Range Maximum

USD $145,000.00/Yr.
