Software Engineer (.NET) | $80,000 - $110,000 | Hybrid (4 Days Onsite)

Interstate Waste Services (IWS) is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications that support critical business operations across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Ohio.

Location & Schedule

📍 Teaneck, NJ
🏢 Hybrid Schedule: 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote
🗓️ Monday - Friday

💰 $80,000 - $110,000 annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain applications using C# and .NET 8+
• Develop and support REST APIs and system integrations
• Design scalable solutions that improve business operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to application architecture, performance enhancements, and modernization initiatives
• Other Duties as requested

What We're Looking For

• 1-3+ years of software development experience
• Strong experience with C#, .NET 8+, SQL Server, and API development
• Experience building and supporting enterprise applications
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
